Xone32 problem

Hi folks I’m seeing multiple issues with the xone32

The cross fader cuts from X to middle but when it goes to Y it doesn’t cut Y. Both channels keep playing.

The headphones are only playing out one ear until I enable a channel cue, and even then when I move cue to middle of the fader it cuts out

The channel faders work fine and the balance can be swapped from L to R ok on the main outs etc.

I stripped and cleaned it all but still the same. I don’t want to go and buy new faders If there’s other potential areas to look at first.
