    Is there any possibility of using wifi and ethernet on CQ20B at the same time?

    Not possible without Allen Heath doing a software and/or hardware change. Consider using an external travel router like the GL-iNet Opal. Provides you with this flexibility and even more benefits (like WiFi bridging for WAN uplink).
