We use QU-PAC which when it was launched didn’t have this. You added the ducker about 1 year later.

We have 1 x CQ18T and want to but more but are holding back upgrading. The market you are placing this product at is the same as the QU series.

Please can this be added in the next feature update.

I’m not trying to minimize your feature request with this comment. However it has been suggested that with some creative use of the AMM, you might be able to get the desired ducking result you want right now. I don’t have a CQ series console to try it on, but I certainly can understand the basic idea of how this might work. Create a AMM group with the two channels – the input you wish to duck and the channel you wish to trigger the ducking from. Make the channel that you wish to trigger the ducking from a higher priority than the channel you wish to duck and set the amount you wish to duck.

    Hi Brian

An interesting workaround thanks for suggesting it, I’ll get our CQ18T out and have a look at this and report back in a few days to see if we can get this to work.

We do a number of presenter lead events with a playlist in the background and have used the QU-PAC for these for a number of years. So getting this feature to work would be useful.

Selecting the channel for the comp triggering would be very useful.
