When will QU-PAC support Mac Catalina ???

Hi,

I bought a new MacBook Pro 16 inches couple months ago to use in a Live set [Ableton running multitrack through each channel in QU-PAC and sound engineer is mixing in their IPAD] too bad it doesn’t support Catalina, it still make some digital Hiss so I have to use my old machine.

so what I really want to know is when will it be support by Catalina, if it not gonna be support, I’m planing to sell the machine and get 2015 MacBook instead.

Hi Charlie,

MacOS Catalina is supported by the Qu already, so I recommend making sure you’re running the latest firmware on the Qu and follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: https://support.allen-heath.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1204
