SQ6 Fader fault?

    Brand new out of the box. Ch 7 noisy. Mute works. Checked sends on that ch, all full tilt. When I try to back them off, they all go right back to full. When I go to fader flip for eq same problem, 720hz full tilt and when I try to back it off it sends it back to the top. Ive calibrated faders, updated, and did hard resets. Nothing has solved the problem.
