The first thing to check would be anything that’s changed recently in the setup, which could also include any system updates.
We always recommend running the latest firmware (and re-installing the latest version won’t hurt) and if you’re running on Windows, it would be worth re-installing the driver too.
If none of this helps to find the issue, please contact us using https://support.allen-heath.com with details about the setup and how you are using the SQ when the connection drops (and what you need to do to get it back).
