SQ5 Channel LEDs 9-12 are Flashing and dont boot

Hello,
I turned on my SQ5 today and then Channel 9-12 blinked continuously, when I plug in a USB stick with the firmware is at Ch.1 F/Ware. Somehow it has then reinstalled the firmware. Then I was back in the start screen, but had no touch function. Turned off, tried to restart. Ch.9-12 flash alternately again. If I plug in the stick, Ch1 is again F/Ware, then no more happens.

Hopefully there is help for this especially since my SQ is only 2 weeks young.
