SQ mixpad MIDI to other application

Hello everyone,
Since a couple of weeks ago I’m building a application.
I just cant get my head around something. I’m using the SQ mixpad software on either my mac or my windows pc.
What I want to do is the following.
I want to make a certain thing happen within the application when one of the faders is set.
I just can’t get my head around the routing of the faders data.
So my questions is if there is any way to get midi data to my own application from the mixpad software?
It can also be any other type of data that provides live feedback on the location of the faderknob.
