    Can you add EQ to the monitor outs or mixes and not effect the main channel on the Qu 16 board?
    If so, how do you go about doing that?

    Yes, every mix has an its own GEQ. Each channel has channel EQ that effect LR only unless the channel is set post. If set to post any EQ changes made on the channel would effect LR and monitor mix.
