    Allow the Touchscreen Rotary and the Pan Rotary to act as a Up/Down & Left/Right scroll wheel when not in use to avoid the slow “touch and drag” scrolling in menus in the I/O, Setup, Routing, etc pages. Would speed things up a lot.
