QU24 no boot

    QU24c won’t load after the event. When turned on, the start screen lights up and nothing else. Recently updated the firmware to 1.97.
    I tried to force install the firmware, the qu-drive LED lights up twice for ten seconds, goes out, and the PAN LED starts moving.
