QU16 and Midi

I’m in a band doing our own sound from the stage. Our drummer is singing lead vocals on a couple of songs, and I would like to turn up his channel as well as turn down the “main” lead vocals channel. We’re using Apple MainStage for backing tracks, and to send SMPTE to a DMX software to control the lights, and MainStage has the ability to send a midi track to a midi output on patch change. I’m not familiar with SysEx at all, but can I convert SysEx into a midi file, and then send it into the QU16? Any help would be appreciated.

i never tried this, but i think it is possible.
sysex are special midi messages, they can be stored in midifiles, no problem!
I used a lot the “midi specifications pdf” to make this project :
It is quite easy to understand…
