Hi Guys
In just got a qu 16 and I m experiencing a problem with network connectivity
The unit network led LNK IS not lighting up when I plug a cat 5 cable to it and not even on the router no connection is made
I tried diffrent cables CAT 5 and diffrent routers but no luck ,
I am missing something here or the network port on the unit is faulty ?
Sorry if I posted here , this is my 1st post as I need help .
I know there is no connection , but I m trying to understand why and what s the solution ?
If any one can help or experienced this before and let me know I would be grateful

Are you plugging the other end of the Cat5 into the correct jack on the router? I use it in one of the ports but NOT the LAN port. This is simple, if not working contact Support or your dealer.
Solved
The issue was coming from the rj45 connections pins they were not in line all of them correctly .
We moved them slowly in place and it worked .
Very happy chap now .
