    hard way? maybe

    but it does get done
    and we have to do it with the volounteers we have

    they did an aamazing job to get us from nothing to where we are now with livestreaming
    and the main video operator is just going into HS

    alt out is not a good choice
    the livestream needs some extra mikes not used live as the organ is already loud acoustically
    and we tweak the balance of everything specifically for their use

    You do realize the ALT OUT can be routed to ANY mix out of the mixer.
    If I’m not mistaken your using MIX 7 8 for live stream.

    Go to the IO routing menu, under the surface tab, ALT OUT select the mix you want the
    ALT OUT to be.

    The ALT OUT level knob under the headphone level knob.
