    Not enough info!

Give us info on the full chain from mike input, through the Qu with all settings, and then out to the loudspeakers.
There could be many reasons for not hearing something.

Did you look at the block diagram and signal flow diagram to make sure you are actually sending something to LR?
Mix for monitors wedgies/IEMs is different from aux. And monitors are not LR nor aux.
Can you hear anything on the headphones plugged into the Qu?

Numerous errors in the signal routing could be the issue.

The post title says “no sound on monitors” but you also mention
there is no sound on the LR mix out.

Lets try to get the LR working fisrt…..

Do you see metering levels on the LR mains when LR is selected?

As mentioned do you hear anything on the headphones?

When you say that you reset do you mean a full mixer hard rest?

Do you have the channels assigned to the LR main mix?

If you PFL an input channel with know good audio can you hear that in
    the headphones?

By chance are the input channels and or output mixes assigned to a DCA
group and that group is muted or turned down?

Are you using the local inputs on the back of the mixer or a remote
stage box for the input connections?

    Mike C,

I can see the metering level on LR main.
    But nothing on headphones.
I reset to factory basic. So everything is backdoor to the beginning on the mixer.
No DCA is muted, and I use local inputs on the back of the mixer.
Even when I PFL an input, nothing on headphones……..

    😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

Assuming all routing is correct, try re installing the firmware using the latest
    version.

    @tessab

Please verify that you have a cable from the LR out to an amplifier and it goes to the speakers and is turned on.
    Ditto for Nothing is muted.
And you sent the input channels to the output LR.

    Possibilities to check:
    Channels are panned to center?
Faders at 0dB near the top not at bottom.
Preamp gain up enough to light center light when you test.
    Nothing muted.
No compression without make up gain.
Input source is local not usb or dsnake.

Can you see the signal detected lights on the input channel strip(s)?
Signal detected bottom, then good solid signal middle light, red light top is clipping and should be avoided.

I suspect that unless the mixer is badly broken that following the block diagram and signal flow diagram
and verifying you have the path through those the same as you set on the mixer that you are likely to find the problem.

Not hearing anything on headphones if you select the input channel strip tells me that there is no signal in; or else you need to increase the gain on the screen and have the faders at 0 while you do that.
You did select the LR to monitor on headphones didn’t you? Then you might need to also push PFL button.

What do you mean by “No compression without make up gain” ?
You do not need to apply make up gain to use a compressor.

    Volunteer,

    Thanks for your answers.
Therefore, everything was done as you adviced.
I guess that the card that deals with the output is out of service .
    Thanks

    @mikec

I mean that you can reduce all the signal about 40dB if you have the compression set to max

    @tessab

sounds like you need to send in a trouble ticket to AH
they may say to take it back to the dealer

did it work okay before you posted here?
I took it as you had just bought it and trying to set it up.

Did you buy this new or was it used and you just got it from someone else who had used it.
