No, the ME system requires connectivity to the console over some digital mechanism (dSnake, Dante, MADI, etc). The CQ does not support these interfaces.
You would need to look at a monitoring system that could support an analog input like the Hear Back Octo system (or similar). Even then, the CQ does not support analog inserts (the way you would typically feed an external monitor system). So, even with a monitoring system that supports analog inputs (like Hear Back), your maximum number of “monitored channels” is limited to the total number of aux outs you have on the CQ (6 on the CQ-18). Whether these outs are a mix (i.e. drums, keys, vocals, etc) or single channels is up to you and how you send them to the aux.
