Massively expand Soft Key options

Every toggle-able option in the desk should be able to be assigned to a soft key. This would be easy enough to implement with a press-and-hold action that would launch a pop-up asking which soft key you’d like to assign it to.

The main thing I’d like to use it for right now is switching Input AFL on and off, but I’m sure there are dozens more use cases out there.
