After designing a system for an artist, i didn’t realize until trying to program scene changes from ableton to DM0 that the Official allen & heath midi driver is not supported by mac m1 / m2 /m3.. This was quite a blow because the artist upgraded their playback computer and I did not see anything on the website or anywhere else saying the app isn’t supported on non-intel machines.

    – Has anyone figured out a work-around besides using an old computer?
    – Why isn’t this supported as Mac M1 has been out for 5+ years?
    – 🙁

It’s disappointing to hear that the Mac M1/2/3 MIDI over IP app isn’t supported. Hopefully, developers will address this soon, recognizing the growing demand for MIDI functionality on Apple’s latest hardware. In the meantime, users might explore alternative solutions or reach out to developers for updates or workarounds.

As andia pointed out, it works on his M2 Mac Mini.
