I would like the ability to record my post fader LR Bus in my DAW along with all of the individual channels. I know I can record that off the desk via the USB port, however, to have all of the recordings in one location would make life easier.

I’m multi-tracking through the waves card into tracks live.

So why don’t you tie line the LR bus to the waves card as well? Or even send LR to a matrix and tie line that to the recording to gain separate level control?

I’m confused, you can do this? [unless I’m mistaken at the pick point, but it should be post (after) faders]

If I make multi-track recordings, then I always record Main LR as well.
you just have to send the Main LR to the Waves card in the output-matrix.

by the way: for this reason, the EQs in the master always remain flat with me. then i don’t have any room correction on the recording. i always do the PA output via matrix, which i had already got used to in iLive. i then do the room adjustments in this matrix.
