    You guys will probably think I’m nuts for posting all these suggestions but what the heck.

    Since the 48Vdc is controlled via software, why not have a switch to toggle power to all channels off at the same time. That would prevent any accidental pops and clicks.

    There is a switch already, it’s called the mute

    I think some people are finding that mute does not stop all sound when plugging into a channel that has phantom on it, though so far I’ve not found this to be a problem. Many of the larger analogue desks had a global phantom switch as well as individual ones – quite a useful feature really.

    Some boards pop even when muted. It’s in the release notes. Try not to be so smug.

    I don’t really have a preference for how they fix the popping issue, but I’d like to see it fixed. I don’t think a global phantom switch would suffice when the issue is popping during a scene change, would it?
