    Hi,

    I think it would be interesting to be able to directly route inputs/outputs from an optional card (like waves card) into the FX Racks without using an insert on an inputs/aux/buses.
    I would see it as an effects loop.
    I.E We could use some external effects directly without multiplying the instances on the waves server.

    Untested since I have no such card, but might that be already possible using the “Tag Lines” Feature?

    No, of course not. Tie lines are different.

    this would also make the internal fx sends/returns usable for external effects
