The update to 2.0 deleted all of our user settings on our One Mix iPad apps, which was very unfortunate given that we have 12 iPads for our band members to mix their ears (at each campus 24 total). Is there a way to backup the configuration of an iPad One Mix for future reference?

Also: There seems to be an error in the new update. The custom names for the three tabs under “My Mix” don’t save properly. Normally I name the first one “Vocals”, the second one “Band”, and the third one “Drums”. Once you reboot the app, all three tabs say the last name you entered, which in my case is “drums”.

If it makes any difference, our MixRack was updated through director and afterwords our surface was updated via USB with the MixRack still connected.

    Add me to this list.
Any A&H support personnel on this forum? Some of this stuff is basic and REALLY needs to be addressed

I also had to redo all of my AUX/Buss/stereo pairs settings. Evan lost an entire Aux mix for my main worship pastor.

Prior to the firmware update several iPad One Mix configs were wiped by the one mix on IOS upgrade. Their seriously needs to be a way to bac up the configuration. If this happens every time there is an app update, my name is going to be mud for moving the church to A&H.

Also, we updated via the console. Took a backup of all shows and libraries. restoring backup show didn’t fix it
