    Just received my CQ20, when I try to pair my phone via Bluetooth, the discoverable button will not select in the config screen.

    BT is on, but when I press the Discoverable button, nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

    I loaned my CQ20B out to a friend and he had the exact same issue. He had forgotten to connect the app to the actual mixer and the app was running in Demo mode. Hopefully that’s the issue. Good luck!
