Can I store the safes with a scene so that the scene recall is limited to a set of specific safes stored with that scene?

I.e. I want a set of different scenes – each with different safes.

Here is the basic scenario:

for Live Mix I have a set of scenes
for remix, I reconfigure my IO with Dante & visa versa
I have a bunch of remix scenes.

I basically want 2 scenes that only re-patch the IO “to-live’ and ‘to-dante’ scenes. These scenes to only redo IO.

I want it to recall the safes on the scene, and then apply the scene. It almost seems I need two more scenes to make IO safe or not safe to include in the work flow.. (I can program the workflow with midi on soft keys — any best practices here?)
