Yeah an indication that the buttons are active would be good but I also think that unless you are working with lots of scenes (Theatre etc) then you are best to turn them off. I haven’t had a problem with them being accidentally pushed but I can see that it would be easy to happen. An elbow lean in the wrong place or some drunk bozo who comes to talk to you and uses the corner as bar leaner!
