Help with Unknown message on Screen

Hello Everyone,

Can someone tell me what this means? I’ve attached 2 pics. One of the days I showed up to run sound on the S5000, I had the message pop up on the top left side of the screen in red colors. Didn’t know how it got there and how to take it off. Thankfully it didn’t affect anything with the flow of service that day. I would love to know what it means, what the message meant, how it got there and how to clear it.

Any help would be truly appreciated. Oh I should mention that once console was shut down and restarted, message was no longer there.

Do you have USB keyboard attached to the console?
