AUX out need an audio amplifier

Good day, I had a friend using PresonusLive32. their using aux out with audio amplifier, Does SQ series have the same feature or we just need an audio amplifier???

Whatever you understand by an “audio amplifier” – you can assume that the levels of the XLR outputs of both consoles are similar enough that you won’t notice any (major) difference in practice.
Current Presonus Live: max. +24 dBu (at 100 Ohm)
SQ: max. +22 dBu (at <75 Ohm)

could be possible for xlr female out to 3.5mm female for budget wired in-ear monitor?

I use LD Systems HPA 1 for that.
It can do stereo so you can send a Stereo Aux or
e.g. Main mix on one channel, Aux on the other to it.
Blend to taste with the balance knob.
