This is a must have please. Have been using the G4 system for a while now and the desk integration for running theatre shows is so on point. The change in direction to the digital series for radio mics is becoming more and more common. With the release of the DX EM4 unit especially from Sennheiser slim lining the units and giving built in Dante this is noticeably the direction of choice in the middle budget market. The icing on the cake would be for this to also integrate with the Allen and Heath system.
As above there are so many limitations to the mix app for the iPads. They either need up the control suctions of the mix app or a second app as full director would be ideal.
This sounds like a wonderful idea.
Hi Nicola
We run a multi Qlab setup which the main control system outputs Midi Timecode. The subsequent systems all sync to this. Until recently we have been running the show on a GLD with firing the scene changes via midi from Qlab. We have just upgraded to a DLive S5000 and DM32. The show runs in each setup for a month before it’s completely changed. When programming the lighting console it is able to save each cue to the timecode signal live which really speeds up the programming session. Whereas with the sound we have to create each scene on the desk then again on Qlab and manually assign the time stamps.
I’ve got mine setup so soft key 1 is scene recall go. With auto increase on scene number.
