At times it may be the same video being shown locally and streamed.
I do have another question. I have 2 monitors that display content during our services via HDMI. Sometimes there are messages with audio that are play. How can I get audio from HDMI and bring that audio into the SQ5 while still sending on the video?
I did a total reset of my system and started over. I now show Aux instead of Mtrx and everything is running as it should so far.
I’ll have to double check what shows on the stage fader slot. I just know when I press view Mtrx2 shows but should be Aux2
I have input 6 which is the CD player going to Aux2 which then goes to “Stage” and then that goes out to one of the channels on my 4 channel amp.
The board is new and I set it up. I know a lot of the main “stuff” on the board. What I can’t figure out is why if I select Aux 2 why it says Mtrx2 when I press view. Shouldn’t it say Aux2 as well?
I double check the mode. but all of my inputs are suppose to go to my MainLR. The only faders not going to MainLR are my outs to sound booth, stage monitor and to my live stream. I have to get those tomorrow night hopefully as tomorrow is a busy day at work.
For some reason, I do not have MainLR signal either. I do not show any “noise” on that fader. I have my MainLR routed in I/O to Local 11/12 going to my amp.
On my routing screen,Aux2 is on and set to Pre level 0, and the sound is coming thru regardless of the CD fader level. If I switch it to post fader, I get nothing and I brought up, CD, Stage and Main LR faders.
I’ll check again here shortly.
I’m using Aux button #2. It says Mtrx2 when I press view I think when I’m on the main mix.
I understand the difference, but when I press Aux#2, on my channel strip it says Mtrx2. How do I get it to be Aux2.
Thanks Mike. If I’m understanding and set everything up as described, I will have the PAFL on all the time even when listening to the general Main Mix. Correct?
