Existing iLive or GLD Forum users can retain username and ownership of previous posts, but will be asked to reset the password. Please follow the following instructions:

• Make sure the email associated with your old Forum account is still active
• Read the Terms and Conditions of the community website
• Click on ‘Lost your Password?’ in the sidebar of this page
• If your username has a space in it eg. Steve D, The space will be replaced by a hyphen eg Steve-D.
• Enter your username or email address and captcha code, then click on ‘Get New Password’
• You will be sent a link to reset your password
• Once logged in, please click on your username in the sidebar and take a minute to update your profile
