ZEDi10 weird audio on channel 3 and 4

Hello everyone, I’m Ivan.
I bought a ZEDi10 for my little home studio.
I discovered a weird behavior when I plug my vinyl disc player or my phone through every cable and adapter in channel 3 as well for channel 4.
The sound seems as I’m been listening the music from far far away, like there is a lot of strange reverb on it.

I don’t know what to do, hope somebody will answer!

I’m guessing you have some phase cancellation going on due to improper
connections between the the turntable and phone into the balanced inputs on the mixer.
Post a picture of the cables your using.
