Been struggling with an issue where during playback/recording the audio will distort massively. Currently using Studio One.
Checking the Allen & Heath Firewire app/Driver, Errors appear in the log which I have included a screenshot of.
From what little I could find online, googling rx lock changed, it suggested that it may be a PC side issue regarding DPC Latency, however, LatencyMon was all in the green.
The app itself did show a very occasional DPC spike up about 2700 us max but this was 3/4 instances in several hundred thousand, and did not seem to coincide with the rx lock changing.
I’ve tried Chkdsk and SFC scan, Reinstalling Drivers for both firewire PCI card and desk. I’ve also updated the desk firmware. I’ve been working with this setup for 2-3 years and this problem has only started in the last week.
