Using QU SB as "SQ Stagebox"

Hi,
I love my SQ5 but in my config when I just need 4 mics it “too big”…
So I would like to buy an another little mixer like X32 rack or the QU SB, my question is:
If I buy the QU SB can I use it as a stage box with my SQ (preamp control on SQ)?

No, there’s no direct preamp control of Qu-SB from any other desk. You’ll need to keep an iPad next to your SQ for this.

As preamps don’t tend to get adjusted often once set up, I’ve not found this too much of a problem – though direct control would obviously be nicer.
