To take the post fade option one step further listen to the live stream broadcast either for the stream itself or with PFL on the mix and bump up the mix sends on the inputs that are lower on the stream mix, that will normally be the spoken word inputs and any instruments that are naturally/acoustically louder in the room.
Since the mix is set to post fade the level changes will track along with changes made to the main mix.

If your streaming using a computer or other encoders that will take a USB source input
