    Avantis allows you to enter INPUT and MIX channel names using the software keyboard.

    However, it does not have the ability to copy/paste a channel name once entered.

    It is not uncommon to want to make a long name and number it only at the end.
    This is a very modest request, but we feel that this will save the time needed for setting up the system.

    I believe you can do this in setup, color and text (or something like that, I don’t remember), then select multiple channels, set color and name.
    After that just add correct number individually like usual.

    It would be great if the text could be copied on this screen.

    Fully agree. Copy / Paste is a must-have.

    Operators would also appreciate the ability to copy and paste text when saving scenes.

    If you use the Director software, can you copy/paste using the normal computer controls? I’d like to see this added into the console firmware as well, but I’m just trying to think about work arounds. If not, I think Mixing Station can copy/paste.
