On SQ-5 under Firmware 1.5.6 r4043 I’ve noticed a glitch in refreshing the IO Patch Screen upon rename of a stereo Mix.
Only the left name is automatically updated in the IO screen. The right name retains the original name immediately after the rename.

    e.g.
    – Go to the IO Screen
    – Select the “Outputs” “Mix Out” tabs.
    – Scroll to a Stereo Mix (e.g. Aux5)
    – Note the Left / Right names (e.g. “Aux5 L”, “Aux5 R”)
    – Go rename the Stereo Mix (e.g. “Aux5” -> “XYZ”)
    – Return to the IO Screen
    – Note the Left / Right Names (e.g. “XYZ L”, “Aux5 R”)
The right channel name was not updated.

Note that the screen renders itself correctly after moving between tabs (e.g. activate “Rack FX” and then again “Mix Out”).

It would be nice to have this glitch fixed. These simple glitches create unnecessary distractions and tarnish the overall perception of product quality.

On SQ-5 under firmware 1.5.6. r4043 there is a screen-update glitch on the IO Screen upon rename of a Stereo mix.
Immediately after renaming a Stereo Mix only the “Left” name updates in the IO Screen.

    Try This:
    – Go to IO Screen
    – Select tabs “Outputs”, “Mix Out”
    – Scroll to a stereo Mix (e.g. “Aux5”)
    – Note the left/right names (e.g. “Aux5 L”, “Aux5 R”)
    – Go rename the “Aux5” Mix (e.g. “Aux5” -> “XYZ”)
    – Return to the IO Screen
    – Note the left/right names (e.g. “XYZ L”, “Aux5 R”)
The right channel name was not updated to the new name
    – Note that upon changing tabs in the IO Screen, the correct name eventually appears.

It would be nice to have this fixed. Such glitches are unnecessary distractions and not representative of A&H quality.
