Stereo Matrix Bug?

Bello SQ users,

I send My Main-mix to a PA-Stereo-matrix. It ocurred now several times that only the left channel of the Main-mix is arriving at the Matrix! 🤷‍♂️ I Tried switching the Matrix to Mono and back again – no help. Only solution then is to use another stereo-matrix and everything works fine. So basically I‘m loosing one matrix bus. 😕
I have the feeling that there is a bug with syncing with the MixPad App. Im always pulling and pushing the Show Files via iPad App (newest FW for sure).
Any ideas?

Hi Alex,

If it’s not that the balance for that matrix is off to one side (Routing screen > ‘Matrix’ button), could you send a copy of the show folder with the issue to us using support.allen-heath.com so we can look into this for you?
