this is my first entry here. Sorry, but I couldn’t find the answer elsewhere aleady.
At my church we are thinking of buying a SQ6. Important function is the possibility to handle several user profiles. We would be using this to massively reduce functionality for volunteers.
I think I have read/seen somewhere that disabled functions are not only “not working” but rather completely disappeared from the user interface. That is how it works on the console itself and which is actually the preferred solution.
Question is: If someone is using an app instead, will all disabled functions also be made invisible or will the user be greeted with an alert message instead stating he has no rights for function xyz?
Any clarification is very much appriciated.
