Set up stereo inputs on GLD-80

Does anyone know how to set up two inputs as a stereo channel, like for an electric guitar or keyboard running stereo.
Help!

Example for us.
Keyboard left input 7
Keyboard right input 8

Pan input 7 all the way to the left
Pan input 8 all the way to the right

We also use ganging so we only have to move a single fader for both left and right. To do this, we hide the above 2 inputs on an unused layer. Then drop in one of the 2 inputs on our main layer.
