routing channels to main outputs

Hi Ive just purchased an Avantis and configuring it to a GX48/16.
all channels from the stage box are set up and when i connect an input a signal appears on that channel. I can send that signal to the aux sends but it wont go to the master send. However when i connect a signal to the local sockets then that does go to the main output channel. what am I doing wrong?

If you are seeing signal on the aux master, then check your output patches to make sure that it’s patched to where you want it. The GX will be on sLink.

If you are not seeing signal on the aux master, then check the ON/OFF for the channel being sent, check the mute, and check the PRE/POST setting. If post, turn up the main fader to the main mix in order to get signal to the aux.
