Qu-pad constantly looses connection

I have a random issue where the TP-Link AC3200 will only allow one device to connect to the network at a time….. so if I’m mixing QuPad and one other person logs in a phone with QuYou it boots me off. Does A&H have a process document for resolving IP conflicts like this? I wish I knew STEP BY STEP what I need to do when this happens.

This is likely in the realm of router setup, not the console. For a quick solution, reserve the 5 gig band for your iPad and put the personal toys on the other band.
