QU Packaging

Hello,

I recently upgaded from a QU16 to QU32, I remember the QU16 arrived in two boxes, ome inside the other. The outer box was brown and the inner box was a white with a picture of the unit on the outside. Should QU32 come in a simlar packaging? The QU32 I bought came in a damaged brown box with no inner box with a picture of the product on. I just wondered if this is normal or if I was perhaps being sold ex-demo stock as new?

My older QU16 was double boxed as well, my year old give or take QU32 was just the single box. I can’t remember how my QU Pac was boxed.

Thanks for this, helps put my mind at rest. Are you using multiple units in unison with a DAW?
