Qu 32 and Pro Tools

Hello everybody! All good?

So, the thing is, I started using the Qu32 to record in pro tools but Im having a problems setting the levels. The level on the console are Ok but on the pro tools Its too low and if I raise the gain to get it right on pro tools it distorts on the console, any help?

Im using a Qu-32 with Pro Tools 9.0.6

Do you use tp 9 for windows or mac?
I tried to instal pt 9 for windows but it qu seem not connencted with the PT
