QU 24

    Hi,

    The QU24 is working perfectly except that it is stuck in Custom mode, any thoughts please.

    Are you logged in as the admin?

    On the custom layer set up screen there is the option for custom layer only.

    There is an option in the menus to “lock” it to the custom layer.
