Hi brains trust, Last week I tried to run a M-Dante card in my C3500 surface and a V1 128 card in the CDM48 mix rack and was unable to get the console and cards to sync happily.
The two Dante cards are on separate very simple Dante networks and I tried each of the cards and the console as the master clock source and slaved the console and cards (External clock source option in director) as necessary in each permutation. ie M Dante master, console slaved to I/0 port for this card and the other card set to use the external clock.
I will check for firmware updates on the cards when I get a chance – however, is there anything obvious I am missing here?
