Hi I am looking to buy a SQ. Can the SQ do seperate channel EQ for monitor mixes, so channel by channel eq or is it eq for entire mix only

    Hope this makes sense thanks

No not a channel by channel mix by mix eq or processing.
The mix sends can be post overall channel processing.
Of course each mix output has full processing.

The work around would be to split the channel into multiple channels
and then have the mix send set to post processing.
But that only works if you have open channels to spare.

You can send after Channel EQ to the Mixes but there is only one Channel EQ per Channel. Each mix has its own EQ (parameteric and graphical if necessary). There is no Channel EQ per Mix.

You could patch one input to several Mixer Channels and each has its own EQ and Sends then. Since the Mixer can handle up to 48 Mono Channels that may be a solution even with a number of Inputs.

Also you can choose your send points per Channel and Mix between after Preamp, after EQ, after Insert/FX, after Delay and post fader.

Please understand the global EQ adjustments for each individual input channel are not duplicate restrictions on channel fader DB output or FX “wet dry” mix to each aux output. Volume and Reverb levels for all channel outputs will need to be adjusted for each Aux output.
