I’d like to be able to link/pair the mono mixes into stereo for IEM’s.

    Thanks.

That would be great. 3 stereo mixes aren’t enough these days! 🙂

Yes please, when using stereo external FX and still want some in ear mixes, this is a must. Thx.

We use Alt out, and listen to LR mix:)

Has this changed or been updated? Basically I’m interested in one for in-ears. Hate the limitations of 3 stereo mixes. X32 takes the cake here. However, I’d love the multi track direct to USB recording. Linking mixes is more important though to me.

Interesting that both linking mono and splitting stereo mixes are both common(ish) requests

On the Qu-16 you could get one more stereo pair by routing two panned mono Mixes through the Alt Out. Above that, you could use a Matrix or two…or possibly a Group.

But if you want all the bells and whistles along with user control, the ME system is available.

I need to Unlink stereo mixes 5-6, 7-8, 9-10. My monitors are mono.

I would love it if the stereo mixes could be separated, but then the two channels will have to share the same master fader,,, but there could be ways around that for the firmware designers.

Its not only the mix master fader, there’s also a lack of assignment knobs.
Workaround could be to use the pan for making two individual mixes out of a stereo bus (I’ve used similar for several years, not nice, yet working), but mix processing (EQ etc.) will obviously be shared.

    Andreas, of course 🙂

I seriously doubt this will happen though, not in the current Qu series

AH would have been better off to have had 10 mono mixes with linking of odd/even. That way you could have made stereo mixes if needed. Most users at that level only do mono monitors anyway.

I have to agree with GCumbee here…
