    I’m a drummer and when playing 80s music I rely on gated reverb in my FX mix. I know A&E does lovely gated reverb from the ZEDi series. Is this reverb available in the CQ series? I know the CQ has a noise gate, but it’s only on input, correct? Anyway, I’m trying to avoid running an outboard reverb…

    Nothing like a gated verb can be done by the CQ.

    Ah, that’s too bad. It does have reverb designed for drums, though, correct? Anyway, that’s my feature suggestion: gated reverb!

    The Easy Verb FX unit has a ‘Drum Room’ type, with this the FX Assist option is ‘Energy’.
    This gives a similar effect as a gated reverb.
