formatting the usb card with the mixer destroy the card

after clicking format in the mixer I can use the usb device correctly from the CQ but i cannot read it anymore from windows.
Also trying to reformat it from windows doesn’t work anymore and gives an error
Cannot zero sectors on disk \\?\PhysicalDrive1. Error code: 5@0101000F

It seems that the mixer set some kind of read protectionflag in the usb drive…

ok I managed using EASEUS partition wizard to recover the files and reformat the card
formatted using FAT32 and the mizer says : need formatting
after formatting the USB is unreadable again from windows….
is a 16gb drive
