I would like the QU16 to always boot up in basic user mode and with a specific scene. Currently, we have expert users who frequently use the console, but they are not always experts when it comes to leaving the QU in basic mode with the standard scene.
So the Non-expert users who only require access to a single microphone often encounter issues when the console powers on and returns to the logged-off expert. As a result, I receive calls from these users stating that ‘nothing works’. While I can assist users in logging in to basic mode, I am not always available to help.
For our other location, we are considering buying another QU16, but this could really be a decision point.
